The learning objectives for Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM) include an understanding of:

  • What does it mean to “be agile?”
  • The Agile Manifesto, its core values, and principles
  • Agile concepts and practices including ITSM, Kanban, Lean and DevOps

Are there any pre-requisites for this course?

  • Completion of pre-class assignment
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes and ITIL is recommended

How do I need to take the exam?

TaUB Solutions will request the examinations together with your registration. The exam should be taken at the end of the course. Results are available within 5 working days
