Sathya S is the Co Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TaUB Solutions managing entities in India,Singapore and USA.  Sathya has overall 15+ years in the IT industry with expertise in Technology, People development and Business Relationship Management.

As a COO, she has been instrumental in leading  Operational Excellence,Talent development and Customer Experience across the regions.

In addition to her role as COO, she leads the Partner Relationship across the regions and heads the Cybersecurity Portfolio of TaUB Solutions.

With a strong background in Engineering and Technological Innovation, Sathya is a leader focused on mentoring consultants and enhancing customer experience index. Sathya’s vision is to build a model company where employees are given complete freedom to unleash their creativity and create service offerings for compelling future.

M. V. Kalidas has over 36 years of experience leading Senior Management teams spanning IT Products and Services in organizations like Wipro, HCL, Microsoft, E-Dictate and InPods. Currently Director at TaUB Solutions, and helping TaUB Solutions, to scale to reach our vision to take our customers, partners from their current state of maturity to envisioned strategic business outcomes using Gamification, Training, Consulting, and Implementation Services. Kalidas has helped over 35 Higher Education institutions and Universities implement Outcome-Based Education with the use of technology. In his previous role in HCL and Wipro he has led business growth and transformation initiatives involving Customer Acquisition, Cost Improvements, M& A Transition and People Process across product lines and geographies. Experience in scaling a start-up U.S. Healthcare, E-Dictate,  from scratch to 600+ by successfully implementing Home Based Employee model.
Kalidas is a 1985 graduate from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar. He is a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma and Competing on Data Analytics from ISB Hyderabad.

Suresh Seetharaman is a graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering and carries 25 years of Industry Experience. He is an entrepreneur, consultant, project manager and content writer.

He has worked across different industries including Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Healthcare, Technology and Real Estate. Has provided effective solutions to the needs of medium and small businesses. Managed and implemented multiple projects across different clients both in India and USA.

Has wealth of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and Helped in establishing a Manufacturing facility with the infrastructure planning, procurement & installation. Developed Processes and Standard Operating Procedures for the Facility.

Experience in Project Management, Business development & Application Development areas. Excellent People Management, Strong Communication & Organizational skills. Strategic & Proactive thinker. Analyzes every situation to find the best ideas, technology and processes to deliver the Solution. Experienced professional who has worked across functional teams, business teams to achieve Customer commitments & Company goals. Managed various High Impact Projects & Business development activities. Hands on experience on various Technologies & methodologies.

Suresh has Co-founded two companies. Ranga foundation Pvt. Ltd a real estate promotion company and Agrion Cosmed India Pvt. Ltd., a pharmaceutics and Cosmetic manufacturing company

Suresh lives in Chennai, India with his wife and son, and travels for consulting assignments.

Keith serves as a Principal Consultant in Service Management, and is a Co-founder/Managing Partner of Service Management Dynamix, LLC, a South Carolina based company. Keith is also a Strategic Partner and Principal Consultant for TaUB Solutions LLC, Responsible for consulting, delivery, education, pre-sales activities and representation in the US market, contributing to maturing TaUB Solutions capability in the areas of Business Relationship Management (BRM), DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

As a fully licensed and accredited instructor and Service Management consultant, he has facilitated numerous sessions for organizations interested in the value of a formal Service Management (SM) capability.  Keith’s varied background allows him to share real and practical experiences with customers, while his dynamic presentation style aids in helping them absorb the concept of SM, including ITIL®, Project Management, Agile, DevOps, Experience Level Agreements (XLA), COBIT and other complementary frameworks/methods.

Keith also regularly contributes to the IT industry as a speaker and presenter for various user groups and conferences, including itSMF USA chapters, PMI chapters, HDI chapters, the Indiana CPA Society, Association for IT Professionals (AITP), and the annual itSMF USA national conferences in 2015, 2016 & 2017.
