Course Objective
During this four-day course, you will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You will also gain insights and practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and empower a Lean Portfolio. The first two days of the course—Leading SAFe®—
will provide you with the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final two days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in the enterprise.

Exam & Certification
Exam Format
- Questions are structured in a multiple-choice, single-select format
- Exams are timed, and the timer is displayed once questions are presented
- Exams will be submitted when the timer ends, regardless of the number of questions answered
- Scores are calculated by the number of correctly answered questions
- Unanswered questions will be marked as incorrect
- The “Submit” button ends the exam, and a score will be calculated

FAQs
Are there any pre-requisites for this course?
All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience.
However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 certification exam and practice as a SAFe® Practice
Consultant (SPC):
- 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
- 3+ years of experience in Agile
- One or more relevant Agile certifications
How do I take the exam?
TaUB Solutions will request the examinations together with your registration. The exam should be taken at the end of the course. Results are available within 5 working days.
