Course Objective
In this two-day course, you’ll gain an understanding of the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Planning Interval (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.

• Facilitating Iteration execution
• Finishing the Planning Interval (PI)

Exam & Certification
Exam Format
- Questions are structured in a multiple-choice, single-select format
- Exams are timed, and the timer is displayed once questions are presented
- Exams will be submitted when the timer ends, regardless of the number of questions answered
- Scores are calculated by the number of correctly answered questions
- Unanswered questions will be marked as incorrect
- The “Submit” button ends the exam, and a score will be calculated

Are there any pre-requisites for this course?
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) 6.0 certification exam:
• Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles
• Awareness of Scrum, Kanban, and XP
• Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes
