Rajiv with over 25 years of work experience has performed multiple leadership & practitioner roles in global IT Service Provider, End-User, and IT Best Practice Consulting & Training Organizations. He has extensive experience in setting up and managing mission-critical IT Services including the first supercomputing setup in India. He has a proven track record of generating Value from IT Services by leveraging broad industry, technology, and global Best Practices experience in IT Governance, IT Services Management, and Software & Infrastructure management.

He has led multiple IT Transformation projects based on multiple IT Best Practice frameworks (ITIL®, COBIT, Lean, Agile, DevOps) & ISO Standards and have been part of global innovation teams.
He is an accredited Trainer for COBIT 5 Foundation, Implementation & Assessor, DevOps, Lean IT, ITIL® Expert Service Lifecycle & Capability Modules, ISO 20000 and Cloud Service Management.

His certification encompass most aspect of IT Value delivery( CGEIT, COBIT Foundation-Implementation-Assessor, ITIL® Expert, BRMP, DevOps(DOI & DASA), PCSM(Cloud), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PMP & PRINCE2 Practitioner, ISO 20000 Lead Auditor & Practitioner, ISO 27000 Lead Auditor & Implementer, CISA & COP.

Rajiv is Business Savvy Technologist with MBA from FMS, Delhi and B.E.(EEE) from BITS, Pilani.

Latha Aiyer

Principal Consultant – United Kingdom

Latha is an experienced IT Technical, Service and Project Manager, and an IT Trainer, with nearly 20 years of experience in management roles in IT Outsourcing, Private and Public-Sector Organisations across various customers in UK.

She has a varied skillset in developmental and operational environments, setting up Service Management processes, often in challenging circumstances. Latha’s areas of expertise include: Scrum, ITIL®, Agile Service Management, DevOps, Project and Service Management, Supplier Management, Service Delivery and Support, Service Transition, Customer Relationship Management, Service Desk operations and IT Training. Latha’s personal ethos is that sharing knowledge aids learning to thrive in challenging environments.

She has earned a range of qualifications that include being a Certified Scrum Master, Agile Service Manager (CASM) and ITIL® V3 Expert, SIAM Foundation Certificate, DevOps Foundation Certificate, Prince2 Practitioner, ISO 20000 Practitioner and Certified trainer for GamingWorks Apollo 13 Service Management Business Simulation.

Shaheena Nazir Started her career as a Qualitative Market Researcher. Dealing with Clients both local and internationally, through great research findings Shaheena has helped many of her clients to take adequate measures for their business to success. This exposure has led her to a greater Department of Strategic Thinking, Market Awareness Innovation, Creativity and Decision making, human development.
She works as a Business Consultant, She focuses more on people development, covering leadership, Communication, Business coach, Supervisor and manager development, team performance developing learning programs for organizations for more than 17 years.
Being A trainer of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and Business Canvas has increased her competitive edge to influence, create and sustain Learning Programs. She has blended this simulation, to build Corporate Culture, Agile and transformational leadership.
Shaheena has Written two books on people Developments, leaders with Passion and Leaders Voice publish by Gramedia (Indonesia). She is active within educational Field, Doing Lecturing, moderator or speaker in the conference.
She is also a member of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers (IATMI) and continues to do her sharing and support to Iatmi. From Asean Institute– Shaheena has received an Outstanding award Achievement For Asean in Bangkok Thailand. She is based in Jakarta Indonesia and has been assign to do oversea projects.

Anu has 30 years of hands-on experience, working with large enterprises as well as start-ups, in the areas of Agile software development, executive coaching, project management, program management, process improvement, six sigma and training. She is helping organizations leverage the right mix of tools & technologies towards achieving their potential. Since 2010, Anu is working independently with a diverse set of global clients focusing on Agile training & implementation, executive coaching, Project / Program Management and Quality.

He is an accomplished high-impact strategic technology and business leader. He has 27 years of industry experience working for GE, IBM, and Citi Bank (secondment). He is also an airforce veteran with 10 years of experience in guided weapons and aeronautical quality areas.

M. Manikandan, MBA with 19+ years of significant work experience is an ITIL V3 Expert, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, CSM, DevOps. His works experience extends through Service Delivery covering Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Continual Service Improvement, Project Management, Lean Management, Agile development practices, and Process Consultancy.

Worked as a Project Manager with IBM India Private Limited, Bangalore to deliver complex Infrastructure projects for an Australian Bank.

Worked as a Service Delivery Manager with TPV Technology India Private Limited, Bangalore to manage Service Operations and Projects across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh for TPV range of products and services.

Worked as a Customer Support Engineer with Lipi Data Systems, Bangalore to manage the Technical support for the Lipi range of products and services.

Worked as an Associate Customer Support Engineer with HCL Infosystems Limited, Visakhapatnam to manage Technical Support for HCL & OEM range of products and services.
