At the Onset, let me wish all of you a very Happy and Prosperous 2016. It is this time of the year that would be worthwhile to contemplate about the accomplishments; success stories and lessons learnt with the earnest desire to do better in the upcoming year.
Looking back, 2015 has been an awesome year for TaUB Solutions and me where we successfully completed our first year of inception with rousing client appreciation and business in major parts of South East Asia. I am also thankful to GamingWorks for accepting my position to relieve from the responsibility of Regional Manager, South East Asia. We see a strong value proposition of continually delivering Business Simulations on ITSM, Cyber resilience, Project Management and Business –IT Alignment.
I was fortunate to attend and present at 7 of the International itSMF Conferences starting from itSMF Norway , itSMF Singapore, SITS15, SMConference 2015 (itSMF Australia), itSMF Finland, itSMF Denmark and Fusion15 (itSMF USA) For me, the ITSM community continues to excite me grow both professionally and personally from attending these conferences.
We have also been happy to become an REP with DevOps Institute USA to deliver the DevOps Foundation, Certified Agile Service Manager and Certified Agile Process Owner courses in Asia. As one of the Asia`s leading REP for these courses, we are indeed thrilled to bring some practical experience factor in delivering these engagements
We now have strong expertise and capability to deliver DevOps Assessment, Consulting and Tool chain capability backed up with Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF training and consulting.
In 2016, we would also be delivering Business Relationship Management Professional course in Asia and Middle East We thank all our customers, partners and well-wishers who stood with us in 2015. We count upon each one of you supporting us for another brilliant 2016!
