Complaints/Appeals:

TaUB Solutions and candidates have the right to appeal to any decision taken by PeopleCert. TaUB Solutions notify PeopleCert immediately (within 24 hours) of any complaint received regarding the implementation of GDPR provisions and any infringement thereof or of any breach of the security of personal data and shall respond and implement corrective measures (if any) according to PeopleCert directions

Complaints made to TaUB Solutions regarding (re)-certification, refund will be carefully assessed and responded within 1 business day after assessing both the parties.
